WILC is located at 200 Hamilton Ave., 2nd floor in the White Plains Mall. (This mall houses Dept. of Motor Vehicles; it is NOT the Galleria or Westchester Mall).

BY TRAIN

BY AUTO

From Rockland County: Over Tappan Zee Bridge to Exit 8 (Cross Westchester/Interstate 287 East) to exit 6 (Route 22), Turn Right on North Broadway (Rt 22), Go approx. 1/2 mile, Turn Right on Barker Ave., Continue a few blocks, Turn Left on Cottage Place, Turn Right into Parking Lot of the White Plains Mall.

From North Westchester or Dutchess counties: Taconic or to I-287 East (Continue with "From Rockland County"directions)

From South & East Westchester:
* Saw Mill or Sprain Brook or 1-87 Parkways to Interstate 287 East (Continue directions "From Rockland County")
* Cross County Parkway to Bronx River Parkway North to Exit 21 (Main St.) R on Main St. Left on Martin Luther King Blvd (street runs through Galleria Mall) past Hamilton Ave. R on Barker St., Take entrance on the right into mall parking lot or turn Right on Cottage and Right into the main parking lot entrance.
* 1-95 or Hutchinson River Parkway to 1-287 West to Exit 6 (22), Turn Left on North Broadway (Rt 22), Go approx. 1/2 mile, Turn Right on Hamilton Ave., Continue a few blocks, Turn Right on Cottage Place, Turn Left into Parking Lot of the White Plains Mall.

PARKING & ENTRY

The White Plains Mall parking lot charges from $1.50 to a maximum of $4.75; after 5pm, a flat rate of $2.00 is charged.
· The parking lot level is actually the 2nd Floor, where WILC's rear entrance can be accessed.
· The main entrance is located inside the mall on the 2nd Floor.
· From the street entrance (McDonald's, Dept. of Motor Vehicles), take elevator up to 2nd Floor.

1 Hour Meter Parking on Barker, Cottage and Grove streets (free after 6 pm). Longer-term Meter Parking is available in nearby municipal lots and shopping centers (Sears, Galleria, etc.).
