Putnam Independent Living Services (PILS) is a satellite office of the Westchester Independent Living Center (WILC). PILS Programs and Services have been developed to provide persons with disabilities the resources and options that can assist them in making informed choices about living, learning, and working independently. These services have been designed by, are directed by, and in most cases, delivered by qualified disabled individuals.
