WILC - Who We Are

The Westchester Independent Living Center, Inc. (WILC) and our satellite office Putnam Independent Living Services (PILS) are part of a nationwide network of community-based, consumer-driven, resource centers dedicated to enhancing life opportunities for people with disabilities. We are a not-for-profit organization that provides advocacy, information, referrals, community education, and peer advisement. Our services are provided free of charge to any individual with a disability and to his or her family members.
