A work readiness program for individuals who have been involved in the criminal justice system using cognitive and scientific assessment
Ready Set Work is an intensive program that helps those under probation/parole supervision with proper application creation, interview skills, overcoming barriers, job search strategies, retention planning, and skill developments.

Once the individual has completed the Ready, Set, Work! Program, Probation staff work with them, developing leads, identifying appropriate job matches, and helping refine skills that the individual learned in Ready, Set, Work
